1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the v8visa online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://v8visa.app ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated by v8visa ("v8visa", "we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

• You are at least 18 years of age. v8visa enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 18. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or playing on the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and are not doing so on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where accessing this Platform would constitute a breach of that law.

v8visa reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and/or residence from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification. v8visa will not process withdrawal requests until identity verification (KYC) is complete.

In the event that v8visa discovers, at any point, that a player has registered or played while under the age of 18, the account will be immediately closed, all funds in the account will be returned to the payment method used for the initial deposit where technically possible, and all winnings generated during the period of underage play will be forfeited without exception.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and sports betting on the Platform, you must register a v8visa account. The following rules apply to all account registrations:

• Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If v8visa identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your v8visa account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. v8visa will treat all activity carried out using your login credentials as activity authorised by you.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, regardless of the nature of your relationship with that person.
• You must notify v8visa immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account.
• v8visa strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This feature is available free of charge in the account settings section of the Platform.
• v8visa will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the breach was caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

v8visa employs SSL/TLS encryption across all pages of the Platform. However, the security of your account also depends on the security of the device and network you use to access the Platform. v8visa is not responsible for security vulnerabilities on the player's device or local network.

5. Deposits & Payments

v8visa accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for bank transfer methods. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. v8visa will not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits from third-party accounts may be returned, and the player account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Deposits are credited to your v8visa account balance instantly for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to be credited during standard operating hours.
• v8visa does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees imposed by the payment provider are the responsibility of the player.
• v8visa reserves the right to decline a deposit from any payment method or from any player at its sole discretion, including where anti-money laundering (AML) controls require further verification.
• All funds deposited into your v8visa account must be used for wagering on the Platform. v8visa does not operate as a payment processor or e-wallet service, and deposits may not be made with the intention of holding funds without wagering activity.

v8visa operates strict anti-money laundering policies. Any deposits that trigger AML monitoring thresholds may be subject to enhanced due diligence. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation before withdrawals are approved.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your v8visa account. v8visa does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits may apply and will be displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
• Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of your registered address. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds.
• Verified accounts are eligible for same-day withdrawals to bKash and Nagad. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

v8visa offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each offer. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available to players making deposits from Bangladesh only.
• A welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players on their first deposit. Full wagering requirements and qualifying deposit minimums are displayed on the promotions page and must be met before the bonus portion of any balance can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, where stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses from the same promotion, or using multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• v8visa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected players where possible.

8. Game Rules & Betting

All casino games and sports betting markets offered on the v8visa Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• All casino games available on the Platform are supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. 9. Prohibited Conduct

10. Responsible Gaming

v8visa is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to helping players maintain healthy gaming habits. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are available free of charge to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum amount they are willing to lose over a defined period. Requests to reduce a loss limit take effect immediately.

• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including any loss resulting from account suspension or closure for breach of these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. v8visa makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. v8visa's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

14. Account Closure & Termination

Either you or v8visa may close your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Closure by You: If you wish to close your account, you may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to v8visa's operating jurisdiction as an offshore platform. v8visa does not represent that these Terms comply with the laws of any specific jurisdiction in which players are located. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their country or region of residence.

In the event of any dispute between you and v8visa arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the v8visa support team at [email protected]. v8visa aims to acknowledge all formal dispute notices within five (5) business days and to provide a substantive response within twenty (20) business days.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the dispute being formally raised, either party may pursue resolution through the dispute mechanisms available under the laws of v8visa's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits v8visa's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where it deems necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
